Capital Holdings Ltd “CHL” Was formed in 2013 based in Trinidad and Tobago. Its primary function has been to invest via acquisition, development or remodelling of medium to large Commercial Real estate projects mainly in Trinidad and eventually expand throughout the Caribbean. The company has since grown significantly into owning one of the largest commercial real estate portfolios in the region ranging from shopping plazas, commercial centres and office space in Trinidad, Barbados and land investments In Guyana for Future development.

Dome Mall is a 6 acre prime commercial facility in the heart of Warrens Barbados with over 90,000 sqft of Leasable space

The company continues to upgrade and remodel its commercial properties and plazas, improve tenancy with a wide range of businesses.
